Danish heritage lighting brand Louis Poulsen welcomes Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker as new owner. Louis Poulsen is excited to embark on a new chapter and explore the opportunities that lie ahead.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to take place in the second half of 2026.
